How To Create a DST File For Embroidery?

Step 1: Choose your design software

Step 2: Create your design

Step 3: Convert your design to a DST file

Once you’re happy with your design, it’s time to convert it to a DST file. To do this, go to the “save as” menu in your software and select DST as the file type. Step 4: Check your DST file

Before you send your DST file to the embroidery machine, it’s important to check it for errors. Use your software’s preview function to check that all elements of your design are in the correct place and that there are no overlapping stitches or gaps. It’s also a good idea to do a test stitch-out on a piece of scrap fabric to make sure your design stitches out correctly.

Step 5: Send your DST file to the embroidery machine
